How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Click on the link to track your order or log into your account to track your order.
Why did I receive my packages on different days?
If you order multiple items they may arrive separately. No more than 2 days apart.

Do you offer overnight/same day shipping?
Not at this time. Please check back periodically, as we change and update things regularly.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order.
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
We offer returns within 15 business days from delivery. If it is our error, we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, it is the buyer’s responsibility. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds, store credit, and exchanges. The item/items must be returned within 15 business days for a full refund. Items must be unused and none defective. How long does it take to receive an order?
Please allow 48 hours for processing. Shipping time is 5-10 business days in the USA. International shipping is 7-20 business days, international varies based on destination. Business days include Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays aren't considered business days.
How do I see my reward points/redeem?
You can view your reward points by clicking on the pink and white rewards program tab in the bottom corner. In order to redeem points click redeem and it will give you a coupon code to use at check out.
